Bad Putter co. DBA “Evolve Putters” warrants that all Evolve Putters  are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of [one (1) year] from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser.

At our discretion, Evolve Putters will:

• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or

• Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic scratches, dents, or finish wear)

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or improper care

• Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than Evolve Putters

• Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or environmental conditions

• Custom, personalized, or limited-edition components (unless otherwise stated)

For products featuring modular, adjustable, or interchangeable components, this warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage resulting from improper installation, adjustment, or use of non-approved components is not covered.
